Top quality life models sit for up to 4 sessions allowing the development of a fully realised clay sculpture.

All equipment and materials are provided, in our warm and well lit studio.

Instruction is given about how to build an armature for your figure and what tools and techniques to use including measurement and an introduction to human anatomy.

The studio has all the equipment and materials to mould and cast your finished figure in bronze resin. Small clay works can be fired in our kiln.

Sessions run on Thursdays: 10am - 4pm

Price £20.00 per session plus £5.00 model fee. Plus cost of any materials used.

This class is for all abilities from complete beginners to the more practiced. An experienced artist will run the class and offer guidance. The studio is well equipped, with good heating and lighting.

Easels and drawing boards will be supplied, other materials (paper, charcoal etc.) can be purchased at cost or bring your own.

Price £12.00 per session plus £3.00 model fee.

These workshop sessions provide an opportunity to do a wide range of practical work including mould-making, carving and mixed media work. The tutor has had 40 years experience in all aspects of creating sculptures from a wide range of materials

The studio is well equipped with hand and power tools, workbenches and a good stock of materials used for making sculptures.

The main studio is spacious warm and well lit. Additional outdoor space is available for messy, dusty jobs and casting with resins.
